The Graduation

The Graduation is a time-loop narrative mystery set during a university’s prestigious commencement ceremony. You are caught in a 15-minute loop, reliving the same graduation over and over, with only one goal... uncover the truth behind a tragic death that the university is desperate to keep hidden.

Explore the university grounds, from the grand hall to the Chancellor’s private office, gathering fragments of conversations and hidden documents. Piece together the web of lies by talking to students and staff, observing subtle changes, and finding crucial evidence scattered throughout the campus.

Every time the loop resets, your knowledge remains, allowing you to approach each interaction with new insight. The choices you make and the evidence you collect will shape how the story unfolds.

Notes & Bugs

- Unfortunately it seems like if you are in dialogue as the game loops it breaks and sometimes it just randomly breaks anyway 😭 first game jam and first ever game too I definitely did too much.

 - Sometimes when interacting with the graduate picture in the main hall the continue button disappears. Unfortunately you'll have to go back to main menu and start again (but you will keep your facts)

 - Sometimes when interacting with the stage nothing happens. Unfortunately you'll have to go back to the main menu and restart (but you will keep all your facts)

 - Endings UI only works for 2 of the endings (sorry) but there are 6 in total

Hints

1. The first person you want to talk to is outside the main hall

2. The facts you know determine which endings you get - and you get those from talking to NPCs and searching rooms for items

3. You can find the key for the VPs office by talking to someone in the main hall

4. There is a secret ending NPC somewhere in the main hall

5. Once you learn a girl is missing from the picture you don't need to check the picture you just need the picture (time saving)

6. There are 4 main endings which all involve you going up to the stage + one funny endings and one secret ending
